Terms of service

1. Use of the service

Ukelønn is a service provided by CreatorsJourney AS. The service offers a digital tool for tracking allowance, chores and savings goals for children within families.

The service does not handle real-world money transfers. All amounts in the app are virtual records. The actual payment of allowance takes place outside the app, according to each family's own arrangements.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Notify us immediately at post@ukelonn.no if you suspect any misuse.

Parent accounts are responsible for the child accounts linked to their family. Children under 13 may only use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Content and liability

You retain the rights to your own content (for example chore names, comments, savings goals). By using the service you grant CreatorsJourney AS a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display the content in order to deliver the service.

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep everything running, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime or freedom from errors.

4. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings, or by emailing post@ukelonn.no.

CreatorsJourney AS may terminate an account in cases of serious breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or attempts to harm other users.

5. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms as needed. Material changes are announced through the app or by email at least 30 days in advance.

6. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be decided by the ordinary Norwegian courts.
